I'm a Commercial Real Estate Advisor with eXp Commercial serving the Chicagoland market, with a focus on retail/commercial. My background includes more than 30 years in business and restaurant operations, along with extensive experience in commercial property management, lease negotiations, property renovations, acquisitions, and ownership.

Having spent years on the ownership and operating side of commercial real estate, I understand that a deal has to make sense not only on paper, but also for the business and people behind it. I also enjoy collaborating with fellow eXp agents.
I work with property owners, investors, business owners, and tenants on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, site selection, and commercial real estate strategy throughout Chicagoland.
If a commercial opportunity comes across your desk, even if you're simply unsure what your client needs, I'm happy to be a resource. I can help evaluate the opportunity, talk through the options, and determine the best path forward while keeping you involved in the relationship.
When I'm not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, music, and continuing to learn about the businesses, properties, and trends shaping commercial real estate.
