Twenty-five years in advertising came before eighteen in commercial real estate, and that order is the difference. How an asset is presented decides who shows up for it, and who shows up decides the price.

My real estate began in property management: Class A office towers in downtown Cleveland, then Class B and C office, retail, industrial and flex, land and farm, across more than six million square feet. I know what an owner worries about because I used to be the person they called. Today I am focused on industrial, office and land, including development and farm and ranch.

Property management, sales, leasing and acquisition across more than 6M square feet in Northern Ohio: Class A high-rise office towers in the Cleveland CBD, Class B and C office, retail and mixed use, industrial, warehouse and flex, vacant land and farm, multifamily, and redevelopment and value-add repositioning.

In advertising I was an account executive at Liggett-Stashower in Cleveland and JWT/Malone in Akron, with clients including Cedar Point for seven years, HSBC Bank for three, and a national vendor rollout across 140 Walmart stores.

I am an Advisor, Vice President and Mentor with eXp Commercial, and I lead the National Office Mastermind, which meets monthly and is open to anyone in the company. Mentoring, coaching and consulting have been part of my work for more than thirty years.

Recent work includes an 18.96-acre, three-parcel industrial property in Trumbull County taken to absolute auction, development land in Lake and Trumbull counties, and tenant representation through lease execution.

I love being outdoors year round, riding my mountain bike, kayaking, swimming, hiking, exploring.

After living and working in Cleveland for over 23 years, we are now owners of Mahalo Farm in Cortland, Ohio, a 46-acre property we bought in 2020, where we work with the USDA on forestry, wildlife and pollinator programs, raise bees, and enjoy the simple things in life. I am a happy wife to my best friend and husband, Brad, and mom to our daughter Paris and a sassy dog named Bella.
